We're Hiring: EPM Specialist – Oracle HFM & Performance Management

Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract- Permanent

Are you an experienced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Specialist with strong expertise in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)? We're looking for a talented professional to join a dynamic team and drive financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
• Manage financial consolidation and statutory reporting processes
• Support budgeting, planning, forecasting, and financial modelling
• Develop financial reports using Smart View and Financial Reporting Studio
• Integrate HFM with ERP platforms and data sources

Improve financial close processes and reporting efficiency

Partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to deliver EPM solutions

Requirements

5+ years' experience supporting Oracle HFM/EPM solutions

Strong knowledge of Financial Consolidation and Performance Management

Experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning, FDMEE, Smart View, and Financial Reporting

SQL and Oracle Database experience

• Exposure to Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS, EPBCS/PBCS) is advantageous
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or Computer Science
