Finance Systems Developer (Dynamics GP, D365 & UiPath)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a technically strong Finance Systems Developer to play a key role in enhancing and automating our finance technology ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and UiPath, who is passionate about driving automation, integration, and digital transformation within finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics GP and D365 Finance & Operations
• Design and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath to automate finance processes (e.g., invoicing, reconciliations, reporting)
• Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Support system upgrades, patching, and migrations (including GP → D365)
• Build and maintain system integrations (e.g., payroll, banking, reporting tools)
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, data integrity, and automation workflows
• Create technical documentation, process flows, and user guides

Provide training and support to finance users

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience with Dynamics GP and Dynamics 365 F&O (configuration, customization, support)

Hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, bots)

Strong understanding of finance processes: GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, budgeting

Experience with SQL Server

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps
• Knowledge of APIs, web services, and system integrations

Experience with ERP migrations (GP → D365)

Familiarity with Agile or DevOps environments

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Computer Science, or related field

UiPath Certification (e.g., Advanced RPA Developer)

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics GP or D365 (advantageous)
