WE ARE HIRING: NETWORK ENGINEER
Are you a skilled Network Engineer with experience in maintaining, supporting, and troubleshooting complex network infrastructure? We are looking for a talented professional to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, support and troubleshoot networking systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless LAN controllers, access points and reverse proxy (F5).
- Maintain accurate network diagrams and network management information.
- Monitor, prevent and respond to network security breaches, including daily security log reviews.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues relating to WLAN, LAN and network security components.
- Install, configure, test and upgrade network and security infrastructure hardware and software.
- Collaborate with OEM technical and service teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Use a ticketing system to document, prioritise and resolve support requests.
- Ensure a high level of end-user satisfaction through ownership, timely resolution and appropriate escalation of support issues.
